SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all FASTLOVE articles through its website.

PROMOTIONS

FASTLOVE joins the NO SALES initiative as an ethical and social commitment to promote responsible consumption.

PRICES

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT (Value Added Tax), or IPSI (Tax on Production, Services and Imports in Ceuta and Melilla), as appropriate. The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a broken down way at the time you place the order.

The currency used is the EURO (€) and the prices will be detailed in two languages: English and Spanish.

PAYMENT

Accepted methods of payment:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Amazon Pay
  • Coinbase
  • Klarna

The customer must notify FASTLOVE of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email to contact@fastlove.com, as soon as possible so that it can take the appropriate steps. Suppliers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures that involve the rejection of certain types of transactions. FASTLOVE is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

We inform all our customers that FASTLOVE will retain only customer data specific to the shipment (full name, address, email address and contact telephone number). In no case will we have data such as the number of the payment card used for the transaction.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the purchase has been completed, two e-mails will be sent:

  • Order confirmation where a summary of the purchase will be made and the order number assigned to that purchase will be indicated (starts with #).
  • Shipment of the order: in this email the customer will find the tracking number and the logistics provider's website where you can track the status of the order.

PRE-ORDER

In the event that the customer has made a purchase of a product in pre-order, in the product sheet and in the order confirmation email, the shipping date of the product will be explicitly shown. In the event that production is delayed and this involves a variation with respect to the estimated shipping date, the customer will be notified by email. In such cases the customer can decide whether to proceed with the order or receive a full refund of the transaction.

SHIPPING COSTS and SHIPPING TIMES

FASTLOVE ships nationally and internationally. Shipping costs and shipping times vary by country:

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): shipping costs 5.90€ and delivery time 24/48 working hours.

International: shipping costs 9.90€ and delivery time 2 to 8 working days.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

Free domestic shipments from and international shipments from 45€.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, CANCELLATION

↳EXCHANGES

FASTLOVE does not currently accept garment exchanges. To request a new size or product exchange it is necessary to proceed with a return and from there proceed with a new purchase.

↳RETURNS/WITHDRAWAL

To proceed with the return or withdrawal it is possible to use the return label that will arrive together with the order and deliver the package to the nearest collection point.

Please note that the items must be returned:

  • Within no more than 14 working days from receipt of the product at the customer's address.
  • In their original condition, together with any related accessories, they must not be worn, washed or damaged.
  • With their original labels.
  • The costs of returning and exchanging the product shall be borne by the customer. The customer will be able to send the product to us through the carrier that best suits their needs.

Until we receive the item in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer and we can not proceed with the refund of the amount paid.

Once the product is back in our warehouse we will send an email and proceed with the evaluation of the state of the product which can take up to 7 working days.

We will send an email at the time we will proceed with the refund. Refund times depend on the customer's bank.

FASTLOVE will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a tare and/or quality or manufacturing defect). For hygienic reasons, sealed products, such as underwear and toiletries without the label or protective device, cannot be returned.

TARS or ERRONEOUS PRODUCTS

Returns of erroneous or defective products in the event that FASTLOVE has sent by mistake a product different from the one ordered, that the quality of the product sent is not adequate or that the product does not conform to the stipulations of the contract, the amount of the returned product and the shipping costs incurred will be refunded in full. In this specific case it is mandatory to contact FASTLOVE through the following email contact@fastlove.com and follow the instructions of the customer service operator to proceed with the return at the company's expense.
